Flagging an asset
There are three ways to add flags inside the asset environment:

Grid toolbar
Go to the side menu and click Assets > Asset Registry.
Select an asset definition. A new window displays.
Use the checkboxes to select one or more assets.
Click the Flag icon in the toolbar and select Add to Flags.
Grid row
Go to an asset row and click the three-dot icon. Select Add to Flags on the drop-down menu. Click Okay in the confirmation popup.
Asset summary window
Click an asset on the grid to open the asset summary window. Click the three-dot icon and select Add to Flags on the drop-down menu. Click Okay in the confirmation popup.
Managing flags
Go to the asset grid toolbar and click the Flag icon. Select an option on the menu.
View Current Flags - Show flagged assets from all asset definitions on a popup. In the popup, click a link to open the asset summary window. Optionally, click a trash icon to remove a flag or click the Clear All button to remove all flags.
Clear All Flags - Bulk delete. Remove all asset flags from all asset definitions.
Import Flags - Bulk select. Highlight all flagged assets on the current grid. The tool adds a checkmark to the box next to the number of each flagged asset.
