When you have the telematics integration added to your account, a telematics widget is added to the asset summary page. Often, telematics does not apply to certain types of assets. This article shows you how to hide the telematics widget on all asset summary pages related to a particular asset definition type.
Prerequisites
Group-level permissions to access the asset definition manager.
Hiding the telematics widget
Open the asset definition manager and select the definition for the asset type you want to edit. Go to the top right corner of the page, click the three-dot icon, and select Advanced Settings.
Expand the General folder, uncheck the Enable Telematics box, and click Save. Nektar hides this widget on the summary page of every asset related to this asset definition.
