Feature: Add or remove asset flags.
Use: Filter a task details grid to quickly locate high-interest assets. You can also display flagged assets on asset grids and maps.

Prerequisites
Know how to open a task details grid.
Flagging an asset
Go to the side menu and click Tasks > View Tasks.
Open a task details grid. A new window displays.
Expand folders to display the assets assigned to tasks.
Use the checkboxes to select one or more assets.
Click the Flag icon in the toolbar and select Add to Flags.
Managing flags
Go to the task details grid toolbar and click the Flag icon. Select an option on the menu.
Overwrite Flags -
View Current Flags - Show flagged assets from all asset definitions on a popup. Click a link to open the asset summary window. Optionally, click a trash icon to remove a flag or click the Clear All button to delete all asset flags.
Clear All Flags - Bulk delete. Remove all asset flags from all asset definitions.
Import Flags - Bulk select. Highlight all flagged assets on the current grid. The tool adds a checkmark to the box next to the number of each flagged asset.
