Prerequisites

To manage privacy settings, a user must have group-level permissions enabled. Go to the side menu and select Manage > Permission Manager. Then, go to Menus > Web Menu > Settings and check the Company Profile box.

Opening the Privacy tab

Go to the top right corner of the page and click the company icon. A menu displays. Select Company Settings. Expand the Privacy widget.

Hide Detailed User information

If the Hide toggle is switched off, Nektar displays location and contact information when someone clicks the user's name and opens the User's profile. If the Hide toggle is switched on, Nektar hides that data from all users.

Even if the Hide toggle is switched on, some information (e.g. phone number and email address) is still visible if the user can access the Edit panel (i.e. the pencil icon is visible). To maximize privacy and prevent users from opening the Edit panel, remove group-level access to the User Manager. Go to Manage > Permission Manager > Menus > Manage and uncheck the User Manager box.

Support Representative Access

If the Support Representative Access toggle is off, Nektar technical support staff cannot access user profile data. If on, the Nektar support team can view that profile data.
