As a company you have the option of enforcing various security settings and policies.
The existing security policies/settings are:
Minimum Password Length (default: 4)
Password Complexity (numbers, letters, at least one upper case and lower case letter, and cannot contain more than 2 repeating letters)
Password History (inability to use any of the last 5 passwords)
Two Factor Authentication (users will receive a 6 digit code on their mobile phones to enter while logging in)
To change any of these settings, as a company administrator, click your logo in the top right of the web app > Company Settings then expand the Security Settings pad.
Any combination of these values is allowed. This page is only accessible if you have the permissions for it.
