Sometimes you have assets, especially those with telematics devices, that you do not want to expose the location of to all user groups. The Sensitive Location setting allows specific asset's locations to be hidden from all users, other than those with the View Sensitive Location permission.

To get started, first ensure your user group has permission to the View / Manage Sensitive Locations permission in Permission Manager. If you do not have access to Permission Manager, you may need to speak to your company administrator.

Next, open the asset summary page for an asset that you would like to mark as having a sensitive location. Click the edit pencil on the asset details widget, and check the Sensitive Location box. Hit save and you are done.

Now, any users who do not have the View / Manage Sensitive Locations permission will be unable to see that asset's location in any of the map interfaces throughout the product.
