From your menu navigate to Tasks / View Tasks / Show All Tasks. Open the operation and task that you want, find the actual task you want to change, check the checkbox then click the edit button.
In the window that pops up, replace the existing asset number with the new asset number. Finally, click the Save button and you are done.
