Navigate to your user profile
Click on the My Settings tab and open the Notification Settings section
Enable or disable the notifications you wish to receive and the page will save the changes for you automatically
Note: if you are receiving notifications as part of automations, you (or your administrator) must make the changes to those in Automations Manager.
