Email service provider
The user can view platform messages inside their own external email Inbox (e.g. Gmail). However, the user cannot send a reply from this service. In addition, the Nektar tracking code may not be able to record email opens. in that case, Nektar cannot change the status of a sent email from Unread to Read inside the sender's Message Centre.
