If at any point you need to locate a specific asset you can do so by entering a value in the Search Assets input at the top of most pages. The results of this search are opened in a new window so as to not disrupt your work flow. The process is simple:
Find the search bar at the top of the screen as shown
Type in an asset number, partial asset number, or any other asset related search term and hit enter
The search will return any assets that match your search criteria, and clicking on one will open it's Asset Summary (clicking on the asset's avatar image will open the asset's photo gallery directly)
You can also change the way the search results are sorted, show all the search results on a map or grid, or show inactive assets with one of the buttons highlighted in red below
