Lists are a data type primarily used in the elements of assets, tasks, etc. They carry an inherent level of functionality, allowing values to be gated behind values higher up in the list depending on the structure you give it.
Lists can be viewed and managed by clicking List Manager in the left navigational menu (Manage > List Manager - if you have access to it).
