In Dashboard, click "New Layout" button.
In the modal that is now displayed you have several options to choose from:
Set the dashboard name and type, highlighted in red. Layouts can also be set to Private (only you see it) or Global (everyone can see it).
Select the folder the layout will reside in (highlighted in blue). A folder selection is not necessary.
Delete, add, and rename folders/layouts through use of the right click Context Menu (highlighted in green).
Click "Create" button to create the new layout. The popup modal will disappear and you will see the layout edit screen. Create the widgets you need and click "Done Editing" button to complete the process.
