Work Orders make use of Line Items to specify the actions required to complete the Work Order. You can expand on this with the use of Tasks you or your organization has created to further define the Work Order process. Adding them to your Line Items is easy:

In the resulting control there are many options, as seen and described below:

  • The ability to add another Task (green)

  • The list of Tasks to choose from (blue)

  • The ability to set default values for when these Tasks are recorded (orange)

  • A search tool to find and add more Assets to the current Task (purple)

  • An option to allow other users to record the task to other assets besides the assets that are listed (red)
