Your organization is always adapting to a changing world, be it personnel switching careers, moving your headquarters to a new location, or a need to update some company processes. To keep your data and organization info up to date, you can use the Company Profile page to modify the following info:
Organization logo
Organization admin contact info
Company information: address, phone number, and website
Security Settings: password length, password complexity, etc.
Cloud storage settings and provider
Mapping Settings: default pin colors, default basemaps, etc.
Telematics settings and provider
Work Order Settings: work order prefix, custom fields, etc.
Create Asset Settings: set a default prefix for asset numbers
Help Settings: allows you to set a custom link to your own companies help documentation under a name you choose
Misc Settings: your organizations timezone and preferred unit of measurement
Privacy Settings: set whether users can see each others user information (address, email, phone, etc.)
This page is only accessible if you have the permissions for it or are the company admin.
