How to add a new user

  • Begin by heading to the User Manager under the Manage tab of the left side navigational menu

  • From here, you will need to click the Add New User button to open the Create
    User page

  • Fill out all the fields, then once finished, press the Add New User button at the bottom to finalize your changes and create the user

Some things to note:

  • All the fields highlighted in red are mandatory

  • The username suffix (company short name) is predetermined and cannot be changed

  • You can choose for a password to be randomly generated or set a specific password. Either way, the password will be emailed to the user.
