The Enterprise Schedule is a read-only, portfolio-level Gantt that shows every schedule in your organization side by side. It is the view of choice for leadership, PMO teams, and anyone who needs to coordinate across projects rather than drill into one specifical schedule.
From the Projects menu, open Project Schedules and click View Enterprise Schedule.
You need the Project Schedules permission to open this page. For setup, see Enabling Project Schedules.
Layout
A task list on the left with one row per schedule (or per group, when grouping is on)
A timeline on the right that auto-scrolls to three days before today on load
A red Current Time strip line marking today's date
Columns
Available columns include:
Schedule Name
Project Name
Started On / Ended On / Duration
Superintendent, Manager, Foreman
Control which columns appear via the Column Configuration modal — click the table-columns icon on the toolbar and use the Columns tab.
Grouping — the key capability
The Enterprise Schedule is most useful when it is grouped by something meaningful. Use the Grouping tab in the Column Configuration modal:
The bottom section lists Available Fields: Project, Manager, Superintendent, Foreman.
The top section shows Selected Fields.
Drag a field from Available to Selected to group by it. Vice versa to ungroup.
The order in Selected Fields is the nesting order. For example, Project → Manager → Foreman renders schedules nested first by project, then by manager within each project, then by foreman within each manager.
Groups are collapsible. Right-click a group parent for Expand All Children and Collapse All Children shortcuts.
Your column selection, grouping sequence, and zoom level are saved in your browser and remembered the next time you open the Enterprise Schedule.

What this view does not let you do (by design)
To keep the portfolio view clean and safe, it is read-only:
You cannot drag bars to reschedule
You cannot edit, create, or delete activities or resource requirements
To make changes, click a schedule bar to jump into its editable detail page. See Building Your Schedule: Activities and Resource Requirements.
Comments
Each schedule that has comments shows a blue comment badge. Click the badge to open the comments thread.
