Breadcrumbs - We've rebuilt the breadcrumbs module from the ground up. It now includes improved trail accuracy and smoothing, travel speed and speeding indicators, animation of travel (including "follow marker"), pannable timeline that shows activity (green) and speeding indicators (red), geofence inclusion, and more!
Project Schedules - Big updates to the Project Schedules module as well. The module received a minor cosmetic makeover, as well as features including:
User avatars in the Project Schedules grid
User avatars in badges above the Project Schedule gantt charts
Yellow gutter background color on weekends
Candystriping on resource requirements for visual distinction from activities
Conflict indicators throughout the scheduler to show when an asset is allocated to more than one activity or project with overlapping timelines
Activity numbers prepended to all activity items (1, 1.1, 1.2.5, etc.)
Improved resource requirement allocation window, also with conflict indicators
Added duration column
Added column chooser so you can turn on/off certain columns for improved layout
Added full screen button to view your schedule full screen without browser or navigation bars
Schedule Allocations (and conflicts) shown in Asset Summary for individual assets
Added "Expand/Collapse All Children" in the right-click context menu on activities
Similar visual tweaks to Enterprise Schedule and addition of Column Chooser for group/sort/filtering
Automation Manager - We’ve introduced a few enhancements to improve flexibility and usability within Automation Manager:
“All” Option for Triggers
For both Asset and Task trigger types, you can now select an “All” option instead of choosing a specific Asset or Task Definition. This allows automations to apply broadly without requiring individual selections.Dynamic Tokens for Notifications
Notification actions now support dynamic token replacements. When composing a message, simply type{to open a dropdown of available tokens. These tokens will automatically be replaced with real-time values from the triggering item when the notification is sent.
Quick Links - Additional customization properties were added to Create Asset and Record Task quick links to allow customizing the look/feel of the quick link pages, especially when used for public-facing links (i.e. Create a customer feedback form using Record Task as the base)
User Interface - Minor tweaks/improvements to the left navigation menu for a more modern feel. Also some grid styling tweaks.
Work Orders - Added new permissions to make things more granular:
Delete - Separated delete permission from the create/edit permission
Change Status - Added a separate permission for changing a work order status
Reopen - New permission for allowing a user to reopen a work order that has already been marked as complete
Grids - Added search to most grids and added grouping, sorting, and filtering to Asset Details grid
Projects - Projects can now be marked Inactive when they are no longer needed and will be hidden from view (unless you specifically choose to include inactive projects)
