  • Custom Fields in User Manager - Now you can set up custom, company specific fields for tracking specific employee info.

  • Also, we added Employee ID as a new default field in User Manager.

  • Added a new icon library UI that includes new libraries with thousands of new icons for Asset Definitions and Dashboard Widgets.

  • Added the ability to filter by trigger type in Automation Manager.

  • Viewing tasks in a work order line item now natively open in a grid.

  • Added a new map layer control overlay which makes interacting with layers much easier on mobile tablets and other touchscreen devices.

  • Added current location icon to breadcrumbs map.

  • Added search field to Data Table, Asset and Task grids.

  • Work Orders now has its own tab in Permission Manager rather than being buried in the Misc tab.

  • When setting up API credentials, we now ask for a contact email for the app/integration. This is for use to relay relevant status, deprecation, maintenance or endpoint changes for the API.

  • Project Cost Codes can now be marked inactive. Also, we added multi select editing.

  • Added activity log to the Geofence page.

  • Added "View Existing Assets|Tasks" in the relevant definition manager's elipsis button.

  • Data Set Manager has a brand new preview grid that functions (and looks) much nicer

Bug Fixes

  • Fix for Work Orders sometimes showing as overdue even when they were complete

  • Fix for better preventing edits to completed work orders

  • Fix for pivot grids missing some text fields

  • Fix for a bug where signing in with Google/Microsoft was causing timezone issues in reports and report schedules

  • Fix for comments in Asset Summary not being editable or deletable until refreshing
