Whether it be through automations or specific functionality available on certain pages, notifications are sent to users to keep them informed of changes to your organizations data. A historical log of these notifications and who or what sent/received them is stored for you and your organization to reference.
As with other grids, you can filter the logs by clicking the column headers and grouping results by dragging the headers into the highlighted row.

Note: All notifications, under the Cause column, have a link to the data that is associated with or triggered the notification, highlighted in blue.
