Added the ability to preload a specific asset when using a specific task definition

Changed data set manager save functionality (removed 'save as new') and added Duplicate functionality from both inside the data set as well as a context menu in the data set navigation pane

Support for new nekt.ar tags in various places throughout the site like Create Asset, Record Task, Search, etc. especially when using a barcode scanner

Removed element order column in the definition managers and removed ability to sort elements by non-order columns to make experience more streamlined and less confusing

Fix for list manager that prevents the expand icon from showing on brand new lists when there is no children to show

Fix for data set grid, and asset grid, sometimes not allowing horizontal scrolling
