New 'View Tasks' UI that gets rid of the Show All Tasks option and instead defaults to a date range filter screen. Users are forced to choose a date range of tasks to view (though, it defaults to the last two months). They can also pick a relative date range (i.e. This Month, This Week, This Year, All Time) etc.

User Manager grid filters now default to "Contains" instead of "Starts With"
