Task Definition Manager

Basic functionality and considerations.

In order to create or edit a new task definition, navigate to the Task Definition Manager, found under the manage tab of the side menu. From here you have several options

  • The Automations Manager allows you to create automated processes for your tasks, either when they are created or updated

  • Create a new task, setting it's name, operation, description, etc

  • Duplicate a task, taking an existing task and moving it to an operation of your choice

  • Editing a task and it's sections, including data modification, duplication, and deleting

By default, the grid containing the task definitions is organized by their operation. Like filters in other grids, this can be disabled by dragging it into the header row.ย 

This page may be hidden if you do not have the required permissions. Speak with your administrator about gaining access.
